SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

Standard Orders:
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or the next business day after purchase, depending on the time of order placement.

Personalized/Custom Orders:
Custom or personalized products require additional time to create and finalize. Processing time for personalized items is 4-8 weeks before shipping. You will be notified once your custom order has been completed and shipped.

Note: Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Speed:
• Standard Shipping: Available for all destinations
• Express Shipping: Available for international orders upon request

SECTION 4 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Quebec:
1-3 business days after processing

Rest of Canada:
3-7 business days after processing

United States:
4-7 business days after processing

International (all other destinations):
7-14 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.



SECTION 5 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking Numbers:
Most orders will include a tracking number, which will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Exception: Deodorizing cartridges shipped within Canada do NOT include tracking.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY METHOD

Standard Delivery:
All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.

Signature Upon Delivery:
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery for added security, please send an email to info@drysnake.com with the subject line "Signature Required" and include your order number. Additional fees may apply depending on the carrier.

Local Pickup:
Customers in the Gatineau area may choose to pick up their order in person at our location:
1870 Boulevard Maloney Est, Gatineau, Quebec J8R 3Z4, Canada

To arrange local pickup, please contact us at info@drysnake.com before placing your order or immediately after checkout.

SECTION 7 - LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, issues may occasionally occur during transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, DRYSNAKE will replace your order at no additional cost, subject to verification and availability.

Exceptions:
In rare cases, we may be unable to replace an order due to product availability or other circumstances. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Insurance:
DRYSNAKE does not provide additional shipping insurance. However, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues related to lost or damaged shipments.

SECTION 8 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

All fees related to customs, taxes and handling fee are paid by us.

DRYSNAKE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

DRYSNAKE ships to all destinations worldwide with no product restrictions.

However, delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may result in longer delivery times. If you are located in a remote area, please contact us at info@drysnake.com before placing your order to confirm delivery options.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
