Limited warranty

Drysnake bags are designed with great care using quality materials that give them a long lifespan while exceeding customers' expectations.

Drysnake bags are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase by the consumer if they are used and maintained in a normal manner and have not been modified. If, according to the evaluation made by Drysnake, the product's defect results from an accident, abuse, abnormal use, or negligence, the product will not be covered by this guarantee or any other guarantee. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty is expressly declared to take the place of any other warranty, whether explicit or implicit. No person, agent, distributor, re-seller or any other third party is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever. With its in-depth drying, the Drysnake bag helps to reduce the growth of mold and mold associated odors without guaranteeing total protection.

Drysnake recommends that clients return their bags along with their proofs of purchase to the place where they purchased them in order to ensure that claims are processed quickly and simply. Drysnake reserves the right to repair or replace any product deemed defective at its sole discretion. Drysnake shall apply its warranty to repaired products, so long as the repairs have been carried out within its facilities or an authorized workshop. Drysnake shall return the repaired product or a replacement product without charge.
