Drysnake bags are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship 360 days from the original date of purchase by the consumer if they are used and maintained correctly and are unmodified. If, according to the evaluation made by Drysnake, the product's defect results from abuse, abnormal use, or negligence, the product will not be covered by this guarantee or any other guarantee. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty is expressly declared to replace any other, whether explicit or implicit. Drysnake reserves the right to repair or replace any product deemed defective at its sole discretion. Drysnake shall return the repaired product or a replacement product without charge.
